Building a Legacy of Leadership

Shea Kelly

Shea Kelly

President and CEO

Shea Kelly is the son of founder Mike Kelly and has been officially with CCR since 2000. His job is to make sure that everyone is rowing in the same direction.

“Many organizations reach a point where they get stuck and stagnate. My responsibility is to challenge my team to break through that and continue to grow.”

Shea’s education comes in the form of a lifetime of experience with most of it at CCR, though he pursued a degree in programming to further aid business growth.

He most values the phenomenal teamwork at CCR. “It’s all about the people. I love coming to work.” This is echoed in the most important lesson he’s learned over the course of his career: Success is not in ideas; it’s in execution, and it stems from people. As a leader, he facilitates greatness by ensuring teams continually grow together to get better at what they do.

When it comes to technology, Shea finds it fascinating how technology can both improve and detract value from the world. Tech affects society and our ability to interact with each other both positively and negatively. That’s why technology services are so important. It’s a responsibility to make sure that technology adds value to the world.

Seth Kelly

Seth Kelly

Chief Innovation Officer

Seth Kelly has been part of the CCR team since 1998, and yes, he’s related to CCR CEO Shea Kelly (they’re brothers).

“When we internalize the lessons that setbacks present, true growth and strength result.”

His role focuses on guiding teams toward the future while improving their day-to-day tasks. He’s constantly reviewing the way we approach problem-solving, innovation, and service delivery while looking for ways to improve efficiency. This allows us to do more for our clients in much less time. Seth has been part of CCR for his entire life, working part-time in high school with various departments in different roles. This exposure created a deeper understanding of the business, which provided the foundational knowledge required to succeed in his current position. He studied Network Administration at Hamilton Business College, and he takes continuing education courses to keep up with ever-evolving technology.

Over the course of his career, he’s learned that times of great challenge are excellent teachers to those willing to seek the lesson.

Seth loves that CCR embraces out-of-the-box solutions that allow us to explore new opportunities for success. He’s most interested in how technology is integrated in both our personal and professional lives.

Craig Steen

Craig Steen

 VP of Sales

Craig Steen has spent his career where technology and agriculture meet, driven by a deep respect for producers and the essential role they play in feeding the world. His background spans decades of leadership roles in technology and agricultural biosecurity, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges farms face and the solutions that genuinely make a difference.

At Orbit Farm Technologies, Craig’s responsibility is to ensure the organization stays aligned, focused, and committed to its mission of strengthening biosecurity across agriculture. He believes that leadership starts with understanding the producer’s world—what keeps them up at night, what keeps their operations running, and what ultimately keeps their animals healthy.

Craig’s passion lies in building real relationships and earning trust. “The best solutions come from listening first. Producers know what they need. Our job is to support them with tools that help protect their animals and their livelihood.”

What Craig values most about Orbit is the shared dedication to agriculture and the belief that technology should serve, not complicate. His guiding principle is simple: progress in agriculture happens when people work together with purpose.

As a leader, Craig focuses on empowering teams, encouraging curiosity, and pushing for practical innovation that enhances animal health, strengthens biosecurity, and helps farms stay resilient for the long term.
