Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive at Orbit Farm Technologies, Justin partners with pork producers to improve biosecurity and connectivity through innovative technology solutions. He leads the adoption of Eyes on Glass, a biosecurity monitoring platform that combines intelligent video analytics with expert review to help producers strengthen compliance, reduce disease risk, and enhance herd health.
With more than 25 years of experience in agriculture, technology, and business development, Justin specializes in bringing innovative solutions to market and helping customers solve complex challenges. Throughout his career, he has successfully launched new products, developed new markets, expanded sales territories, and built long-term customer relationships by combining technical expertise with a practical understanding of production agriculture.
A graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Systems Technology, Justin is passionate about helping producers adopt technology that enhances animal health, strengthens biosecurity, and supports the long-term success of their operations.
Aishah Plaza
Client Success Manager
As Client Success Manager at Orbit Farm Technologies, Aishah leads the onboarding of new clients, guiding producers from their first day with Orbit through the day-to-day communication that helps keep their operations running smoothly. Her focus is making sure every producer feels supported, confident, and set up for success from the very beginning.
Aishah brings a strong foundation in Animal Science to her work, having earned her degree from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Her background gives her a genuine understanding of the realities producers face in their day-to-day operations, allowing her to help translate Orbit’s technology into practical, everyday value for the farms she works with.
Committed to building lasting relationships, Aishah is a dependable point of contact producers can count on—answering questions, helping solve problems, and making sure Orbit continues to deliver on its promise to protect animal health and strengthen farm operations long after the onboarding process is complete.
Jason Schares
Field Project Manager
As Field Project Manager at Orbit Farm Technologies, Jason leads every physical installation Orbit performs—from network infrastructure to security camera systems—while also overseeing all service calls to keep producers' operations running without interruption. His work is where Orbit's technology meets the barn, ensuring every solution is installed right the first time.
Jason built his expertise in the field, coming up through Ovation Networks as an Installation Technician before advancing to Field Installation Supervisor, where he gained hands-on experience implementing network infrastructure and configuring system hardware. That progression gives him a practical, ground-level understanding of what it takes to deliver reliable installations under real-world farm conditions.
Committed to getting it right the first time, Jason leads Orbit's field teams with a focus on precision, responsiveness, and minimizing downtime for producers—ensuring that every network and security installation holds up to the demands of daily farm operations.
